Based in Philadelphia, Mrs. Shoshana Kay began her journey inspiring kiruv audiences through Meor and Mikvah USA’s Education Division, reaching college campuses and communities across North America. She currently serves as the Director of Kay Consulting, a Brooklyn-based private coaching practice specializing in crisis intervention and case management within the Heimishe community. Most recently, Mrs. Kay, endorsed by a prominent rabbinical and clinical board, co‑founded Tiferes Sima. The non‑profit organization is dedicated to assisting Heimishe families in crisis, addressing severe challenges in shalom bayis and mental health through comprehensive evaluation, coordinated collaboration, and financial support.
